OCA Volunteers

Thank you for your decision to volunteer at Oakwood Christian Academy (OCA)! The desire to serve is a natural and proper response to the work of Christ within you. Where to volunteer becomes the big question. Each one of us has a unique blend of talents, traits, gifts, and experiences that God will use to accomplish His work.

This OCA Volunteer Form has been designed to help us to get to know you better and to assist you in determining the best place of service in the Body of Christ. Carefully consider your answers as this will help to maximize the potential for you to experience one of the greatest joys you will ever know, which is being used by God in the capacity for which you were designed.

We appreciate your faithfulness as you serve God with your gifts. It is very important for you to understand our philosophy and practice of ministry.

To volunteer at OCA, complete the following requirements:

  • Download, complete, and return the OCA Volunteer Questionnaire.

  • Make sure to include a copy of your driver's license for a background check.

Part 3 and 4– Ministry Safe Awareness Training and Quiz

  • Watch the Ministry Safe Awareness Training offered online by at OBC/OCA.
  • Take/Pass the Ministry Safe Awareness Quiz.
  • The Ministry Safe Awareness Training and Quiz is offered online. You will receive an e-mail with the link.
