Kay Young

Mrs. Kay Young is the Worship Director for Oakwood Baptist Church and the Piano Teacher for Oakwood Christian Academy. 

She was the founder, creator, and head instructor of Piano Performers School of Music, LLC  for 23 years. She has had her program in seven states, working with state and local governments and the school system to provide piano instructions for students. Her goal is to “instill the love of music in every student."

Performing Arts, Piano Pedagogy degree from Converse College and Business Degree from The University of South Carolina.
